MY STORY

Strategic Thinking. Practical Approach.

"The businesses I've seen grow most consistently aren't usually doing more than everyone else. They've simply become much better at deciding what matters."

When I first started working in marketing, I assumed the biggest difference between large organisations and smaller businesses would be budget. In reality, it wasn't. The biggest difference was how decisions were made.

As I moved between global brands, founder-led businesses and non-profit organisations, I noticed the same pattern again and again. Businesses rarely struggled because they lacked ideas or ambition. More often, they were overwhelmed by choice. Every week brought another platform, another tactic or another piece of advice claiming to be the answer.

The businesses making the greatest progress weren't necessarily doing more marketing. They were making better decisions about where to focus their time, attention and budget.

That's why I created Strategy Habit.

Not because businesses need another marketing agency, but because I believe founders benefit from having an experienced strategic partner who helps them cut through the noise, challenge their thinking and make marketing decisions with confidence.

Marketing will always evolve, but the businesses that grow consistently won't be the ones chasing every new opportunity. They'll be the ones that understand what matters, stay focused on their goals and have the confidence to ignore the rest.

THE STRATEGY HABIT METHOD™

Every engagement starts with a conversation, not a marketing plan. Before we discuss channels, campaigns or tactics, I take the time to understand your business, your goals and what you're really trying to achieve. Once that direction is clear, the marketing decisions become much easier. That's the approach behind Strategy Habit: helping founders make better decisions first, because better marketing naturally follows.

Every strategy starts with one question:

“Will this help you make better marketing decisions tomorrow than you can today?”

WHAT WORKING TOGETHER LOOKS LIKE

YOU DON'T NEED MORE MARKETING

You need confidence in the decisions behind it.
